Lindley Mills is a family owned organic flour mill that was established in 1755, before there was a United States of America. Today, they make their organic flour through a low heat, custom milling process that preserves the natural flavors in the wheat. All flours are made from grains which are selectively sourced from certified organic farmers, and Lindley Mills uses as much local organic grain as is available. Lindley Mills supports local, certified organic farmers by paying a premium for their grains to continue to incentivize the growth of the local grain economy and strengthen local food circles, improving sustainability.
